Matcha comes from Japan, is hand plucked and then dried and aged in cold storage. Afterwards, leaves are ground into a fine powder. Matcha gives an energy boost and is a good source of antioxidants. You can buy matcha flavoured or plain, and it mixes well with smoothies, yogurt, milk (all varieties), oatmeal, chocolate, and almost anything else you can think. I prefer to drink my matcha with 2% milk or almond milk, and I love to make fudge or a dark chocolate bark with it.

  • Pumpkin Matcha – Steeped Tea. Light on the pumpkin and matcha flavouring.
  • Vanilla Matcha – Steeped Tea. A hint of vanilla flavour, can be accentuated if you used almond milk.
  • Peppermint Matcha – Steeped Tea. Great peppermint smell and taste, perfect for baking.
