Rooibos

One of the few tea’s that are naturally caffeine free. I love rooibos for its versatility. It pairs well with water or milk, and generally the flavour that’s advertised on the packaging is exactly what you expect it to taste like. Use a fine mesh infuser or steeping sack when brewing these.

  • Vanilla Cupcake – Steeped Tea. Light on the vanilla taste, but has a nice mellow feel to it. Good hot or cold.
  • Georgia Peach – Steeped Tea. One of my go-to favourites in the summer time. I steep this directly in cold water with ice cubes. I should try with peach slices for an added zing.
  • Honey Lavender – Steeped Tea. Great hot or cold. Has a bit of a bite to it because of the honey.
  • Apple Cinnamon Donut – Steeped Tea. Smells liks a bakery and has a sweet taste to it. Perfect afternoon pick me up without the calories from sugar.
